How To Order

If you want to order an item from whispers-ng.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, you can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button on any page.

Change the quantity of an item in my Cart

You can access your Cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" button at the top right of any of our pages.

For each item you have in your Shopping Basket, you'll see a box showing the quantity. If you'd like to change the amount for any of the items, click the + box and the quantity will be updated with the new amount of items required. Alternatively, click the – box to reduce the quantity required for that particular item in and the quantity will be updated with the new amount of items required.

Remove something from my Cart

You can see what you have added to your Cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" button at the top right of any of our pages.

Every item in your Shopping Basket has a "Delete" link next to its total price. Click on this link to remove the item from your Shopping Basket completely.

Finishing my order

Click the "Next" button. You'll be taken to the first page of the checkout process where you will be required to either Login, if you already have an account with us, or open an account with us. Please note that this is not a credit account, it is simply a form stating your contact details so that we may contact you regarding your order with us.

Once you have completed all the information required on the form, you will receive an email welcoming you to our website and confirming your login details. On www.whispers-ng.com, click on the “Next” button to confirm your invoice and delivery address. You will also have an opportunity to add a comment about your order. Please type into this box, any information that you think you we require in order to complete your order. Click the “Next” button to proceed to Shipping or the “Previous” button to go back a page of the checkout process. You will be advised on shipping cost, where applicable. Please note that our free delivery will take 7-10 working days from the day you place your order. If your item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will inform you of your delivery date and we will also refund any delivery charges that you may have paid. You will also be required to tick the box, stating that you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service.

By clicking the “Next” button, you will proceed to the final page of the checkout process where you can choose your preferred method of payment. We currently accept payment by Bank Transfer into our GT Bank Account, Paypal, Cash or POS payment when you pick up your order from our Fitting Room. Registered Whisperers can pay by Cash on Delivery where applicable. Please note that your order will not be despatched until we have confirmed receipt of payment.

Once you have successfully selected and completed your preferred method of payment, we will email you to acknowledge receipt of your order. Your order will be despatched within 7 – 10 working days for FREE standard delivery and despatched same day if ordered before 1pm or next day if ordered after 1pm if you have selected any other alternative delivery option, given stock is available.

We send all of our standard and express deliveries via Errandex. You can also pick up your order from our Fitting Room. The address is on our home page.

Delivery Details

We deliver nationwide.

Any standard orders placed on the website for FREE delivery will be despatched within 7-10 working days.

All other orders, if in stock, placed on the website before 1pm will be despatched on the same day except on a Sunday or Nigerian Bank Holiday. Any order placed after 1pm, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

All orders are sent via Recorded Delivery with tracking details provided.

Discreet Packaging

All items are sent out in Whispers Packaging. However we also offer plain, unmarked packaging if required. Please state this request, if required, when placing your order.

Depending on the size of your order, items are sent out in plain mailing bags or a plain box.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to sales@whispers-ng.com with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Invoice Number or Web Reference Number in this email.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the total order price. The refund payment will be processed in accordance with the Refunds section below.

If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns policy.

Refunds

Subject to your compliance with the Returns policy, if you are returning your goods because they were damaged in transit, or because the wrong products were delivered, or because the products delivered were materially different from what was described on the website when you purchased the products, then you shall be entitled to a refund of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s).

Subject to your compliance with the Returns policy, in all other circumstances you will be entitled to a refund of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s). The original delivery charge will not be refunded. That is, if you simply change your mind about the order and you no longer require the product(s) once they have been successfully delivered to you, you are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of delivery provided we receive the goods in good conditions and all items remain unused/unworn.

Under no circumstances will you be refunded your cost of delivering the returned goods to us.

Please note, if we reasonably believe the returned goods have been used you will not be entitled to a refund.

Your refund will be paid directly into your bank account or PayPal account used to make the transaction.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on hosiery products and any intimate items, including but not limited to briefs, panties, thongs and shapewear.
